You can return return recently purchased and unused products to IQ Candy for a refund.

Return and Refund Policy

App Licenses:
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 10 days notice and receive a pro-rated refund of any unused days left in your subscription after 10 day notification.
Textbooks/Workbooks:
You must return the textbooks in unused and unopened (cellophane protection intact) condition to the source of purchase within 10 days and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
NOTE: VAT, Transaction Fee, and Shipping Fee are not refundable.
